When your employee contacts us, they will first speak with a friendly consultant, who will determine their eligibility and explain the details of the program. We'll also ask them to fill out a single, easy-to-complete form outlining their needs.

Your employee will then be matched with one of our carefully pre-screened, experienced agents, who will work with them to buy or sell their home, at the best possible price. Their agent will represent them in their real estate transaction, acting on their instructions, and taking care of the details of their transaction.

On closing their transaction, they will receive a Reward Program check within three weeks. The amount of their savings will vary depending on the sale/purchase price of their home. The calculation for their reward is $5 per every $1,000 of the purchase or sale price. For example, a $200,000 home purchase would result in a $1,000 Reward!
